Paint it red

I usually use OPI nailpolish, just because of their great lasting power and range of colours. I needed to get a red nailpolish to go with my costume for this party I am going to, but since I rarely wear red, I didn’t want to fork out $20 for a bottle.

So off in search of some cheap nailpolish, I ended up buying two bottles of Rimmel polish for $10 (bargain!). I wore the ‘Pink Punch’ polish all this week and only got a couple of chips, which is a good thing as I hate polish that lasts only a couple of days!

I’ve painted my nails “Double Decker Red” for tonight, and I have to say I really like the colour. Since the red polish is “I (heart) Lasting Finish” it will be interesting how long it lasts compared to the pink.

Next time I am looking for a cheap polish, I am definitely going to check out the Rimmel range again.
