  1. Ugly Betty

This is the first finale I have watched so far this TV season that I have been really happy with the ending. Of course we don’t know who Betty has picked, but that’s what I love about it. It’s a true cliffhanger, that will leave us wondering until the new season.

I found a lot of the other shows wrapped up their storylines and some tried to create a cliffhanger but there wasn’t that real ‘OMG what is going to happen next?!?!’ feel about them.

Now some actual thoughts on the show:

    • Lindsay Lohan. What a waste - she was in it for 2 seconds. I can’t really say she did a good or bad job because she was barely in it!
    • Naomi Campbell. Haha I like how they made jokes of her phone throwing.. skills.
    • Hilda & the Coach. Bit sucky that he is married, but I liked the scene at the end. It may or may not have had something to do with the Coach being shirtless.
    • Daniel Snr + Jnr. I loved how Amanda put makeup on him. And that Daniel didn’t really think anything of it. It will be interesting to see how Daniel will be as a father.
    • Betty: Wow what a choice. Obviously Betty will eventually come back to Mode, otherwise there wouldn’t be a show without her.
The possible storylines I can see out of her choices - she either goes to Rome and comes back to NY; or she goes to Tuson and realises it just won’t work with Henry.
The show seems to be pushing for Gio, so I think that’s who she will pick. Also the Betty/Henry storyline has been annoying me for a while, so I want them to try something new. I am sick of the whole will they/won’t they.

So I am really satisfied with this finale, so kudos to the writers.

Now I can only hope the Lost finale will be even better than this!!
