So Cliff over at gspn.tv is doing a Pursuing a Balanced Life Challenge starting 1 November.
I’ve decided on the following goals:
My Intentional Physical Activity Goal
- 2 Weight Sessions a week
- 3 Cardio Sessions a week
- 1 hour walk outside on the weekend
- 1 rest day
My Nutritional Goal
- Aim to for each (main) meal to contain:
* Protein
* Omega-3
* Fresh, live food
- Take my supplements (I am usually terrible at forgetting to take pills so this will help!)
* Multivitamin
* Probiotics
* Digestive Enzymes
- Drink at least 2L water (sorry don’t know the American conversion)
My Personal Improvement Goal
- Get to bed by 10pm Sunday-Thursday (ie when I have to go to work the next day) [or 8 hours of sleep]
- Do at least 10 mins of meditation a day
My Weight Loss Goal
- Not my focus at the moment
