Hello Perth… Home sweet home

Agent is an hour late to do inspection. Ring her and she’s in her office and goes ‘can I come over now?’. Um, YOU set the time lady.
So last day here. Chilling in a cafe before we have our final rent inspection.

Sitting in the foyer of our building, stuff still bong packed. I’m really tired too, but that’s what 4 hrs of sleep does I suppose.
These guys are like freaking speed packers, if it was me this packing would take about 3 weeks, they can do it in 3 hours.

I don’t know where to begin with sorting/packing cos the place has stuff strewn about EVERYWHERE. Argh, why do I have to own so much CRAP.

Moving Dramas
So we are moving out and you need to give 21 days notice. We gave 23 or something.
Anyway, we have the real estate agent wanting to show people our place, but it is in slight disarray, you know with all the PACKING and what not we have to do to move.
We found on the fair trading site that access to the property only has to be in the last 14 days of the lease, which isn’t until Thursday....
omg just got the nastiest email from the real estate agent, she has made me cry :( i am so pissed off right now.
I FEEL LIKE MY HEAD IS GOING TO EXPLODE.
Real estate agent told me she’s “not happy” I told her she can’t show our place to ppl till last 14 days of lease. IT’S THE LAW biatch.
At the dentist for the first time in awhile… Here’s hoping it goes ok.
Wow, so our place is advertised for rent, and they are bumping the rent up by about $80/week for the new tenants! We got a good deal!
Won an ebay auction. Seller offered it to someone else “behind my back” & I found out. Asked if they could cancel it & now no reply.
Out of the “10 most stressful things in life” I am currently checking off 4 of those things. No wonder I feel a wreck.
